hi i have played gameshow trivia on facebook and i win the prize 53.58$ . facebook payment supporter make sure payment was successfully but i haven't received it. Facebook sent me these remittance.

If that doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend reaching out to the person who sent the funds to make sure it's been sent to the correct email.
