why i can't create paypal me link?

Dear Paypal staff

Hello i hope you guy have a nice day , im vicheta and i would like to ask you some questions that why i cant create paypal.me link? and why i cant see send &request bottom on my account?

As you haven't said what county you are in then sorry can't advise, except to say that not all countries are allowed to 'receive' paypal payments.

If you are in one of those countries then you would not be able to receive payments and so would be pointless you having a paypal.me link.
