so i have had my pay-pal account for around 4 months and i always use it to pay for stuff, but now once i hit pay they tell me to insert a credit card or a bank account, and if i insert mine they tell me i already have the account in the pay-pal so what should i do? ps: i checked the limit, it says a i have my limit off
