I want to book a seat on a training event next week. It's with a provider that seems to have a good presence online and reputation HOWEVER I have never used this company before and am worried about Payment Protection if they fail to deliver the training event.
What should I do, send the payment to their PayPal ID selecting goods/services OR ask them to create a PayPal invoice which I respond to?
Is something like a Training Event covered by Purchase Protection?
thanks
