Do you have any limits on your account ?   (If you don't have a bank account and credit card linked and confirmed, there are limits for sending and withdrawing funds.  Once you link a bank account and card, the limits are lifted.)

well no i didn't link them yet. and i only have 110 usd and this error came yesterday when i had 86usd.
