wSending money to a seller, but needs to accept. Nothing showing up for them

So I sent a payment to a seller for something I was buying on Facebook. However, when I had sent the payment via goods and services, it didnt go through fully and the transaction says "pending".

Any reason for this? I know my account is fine and free from fraud, and I havent had a claims incident in months if not over a year.

Any help would be appreciated.

Stay safe and wash hands

Regards, User.

If there is a cancel option then it means the payment has gone to a non existant email address.

Double check the email address with the recipient as either you or him has made a typo or spelling mistake.

Does it say unclaimed anywhere?

If so is there a cancel option?

I can cancel but I am not eager to do so.

Clicking cancel says it is unclaimed. But nothing has shown in their notifications.
