voucher credit

does anyone know which merchants accept the paypal voucher credit? no matter which site I order fro mand use paypal to pay it will not give me the option to use that vocher.

I was able to use some of it with Michael however was told that the system determines what merchant take it or not.  So when I went back to Michael to order more stuff it did not take it.  It sucks and never let them give you one.
