I run a small weekend farmers market for the Men's Club at our church, with all the vendor fees going to local charities. We recently set up an online reservation system, and are collecting the fee payments via Paypal. But for every payment that's made, I have to go into Paypal and verify that the reservation is a virtual item with no actual "delivery." Is there some way to avoid that step, or to do it maybe once a week and have it apply to all payments?
