verifying myself for transactions ?

hey so i have no photo ID atm but PayPal want ID for me to withdraw money to my bank , 

can i confirm ID with a medical card showing my name and date of birth along with a bill and bank statement all with my name and info ? or will this not work?

If they are asking for photo i.d. then that is normally what they want. Do you not have a passport or citizen card or even a driving licence?

hye the only photo ID i had was my passport but its sent off for renewal. i onkly have a health insurance card with my name and date of birth or bills or bank statements

I apologize for the inconvenience. If we're requesting for a photo ID, we'd need a valid government issued photo ID.
