I was refunded for my online order. They said that they sent it to me through PayPal. But I do not see it. They told me I should make sure that my paypal account is linked to my bank. How do I do this?

Go to your Wallet, if you have added a bank, the bank account should be listed there.  See this for more info about refunds: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/where-is-my-refund-faq1212
