I transferred 160$ to my boyfriend's bank account thru PayPal, and PayPal immediately sent an email saying it was refunded, but he didn't reject the funds. he was sitting right next to me. the money was taken from my bank, not refunded to me, and it never went to his account. both our PayPals are up to date. PayPal automated service is useless and there are no customer service reps answering calls. even best case scenario it says i can wait up to 30 days for my money to be refunded to me. that's ridiculous. is anyone else having an issue with not being able to transfer? Im also receiving PayPal emails saying other ppl refunded my payments, dated in dec. (which didn't really happen) bottom line though, I want my money back. immediately. because they took it immediately. is anyone aware of an issue in transfers?
