I have found a payment to PP on my bank account but it does not show on my PP account. I can't remember what it was for and I am finding it impossible to find a way to contact PP as all the categories they offer do not seem to apply to my question! All I want to do is check who the payment was made to so I know it's legitimate. I am losing the will to live here as it's taking so much time. My bank only has it as a DD to PP. Any help would be very gratefully received! TIA.
