I received 7 e-mails from PayPal and 7 charges on my debit card, through PayPal, but was not through my account? I did not authorize these. I don't I go about receiving a refund??

Firstly speak to your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you and then contact paypal customer services to report the transactions.
Advice is voluntary.
