unable to recieve international payment

unable to recieve payment from outside india. the sender gets notified that i accept payments only through website even though i don't ave any website. what should i do.

They must send a goods and services payment because India accounts cannot accept personal payments. If sender is trying to send a goods and services payment and they still get the error message, I don't know what the problem is and they and you must call customer service to find out what's going on.
