hey im from india i recenty created paypal account to receive funds from usa...im unable to receive funds..it says something is wrong every time someone sends me funds..i received email of funds but it was never highlighted in my paypal account and later got canceled ..my email is verified and cards are linked yet I'm facing this problem.
