trouble listing

Hi, I am trying to list an item to sell on ebay.  I have entered all info but when i got to final listing it tells me there is a problem with payment options but isnt specific as to what.  I have updated all my details recently but still wont list.  Any help appreciated, thanks.

Have you linked your Paypal and Ebay accounts?

Have you verified your Paypal email address?

Have  you checked that the correct email address is in the Paypal box in the payments section with no typos?
