transiction issues

i had done a transiction using paypal on another website using visa card. display shows transiction failed ..it continued for 10 transictions.could you help me to solvethat issue?

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have been experiencing when trying to process a payment through the PayPal website. There are a few possibilities as to why the payment has been refused. If the payment has been refused by your bank or card issuer, you would need to contact them directly to determine what has happened here. They can check this out for you and let you know what has happened here. 

 

The other possibility is that if our internal security system has refused your payment, we would advise you to try sending the payment after 24-48 hours. You could also try deleting your temporary internet files on the device that you are using and then try this on a different browser.
