Dear Community.Can I have one help that the transaction I transfered show complete from my side but the receiver didnot receive the balance? I transferred him with Friend and family .How can I get back the refund from him?

I hope you were not using that option to buy something?

Only its a scammers trick to get you to send using the f/f option and then pretend they haven't received it knowing there is nothing you can do about it as you negated your buyer protection by sending that way?

If its showing SENT/COMPLETED then it has successfully completed to the email address you sent it to that is linked to an open paypal account.
