It is my first time on paypal and I had bad luck with my first transfer.
Through the ATM I transferred money to the paypal account to make a payment to a friend. And it seems that I made a transfer 'purchase' and not 'under famaly and friends' but during the making I did not get any option to choose the payment method, I use paypal by computer exclusively. After I made the transfer I communicated with my friend who had already done it, my astonishment when he told me that it was not the correct way. He tried to send it back but paypal didn't authorize it and I think they blocked it. And now how do I get the money so I can pay him the right way? here is my Transaction ID 07L99641BK2447522.
