hello comunity
today one customer want to send me money and he git the message " this transaction was rejected because we detected a risk associated with your payment." can someone tell me what is the problem . is it a problem with my account or with the customer account . thx for help

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the PayPal Community. As risk is assessed on both sides of the transaction, it's impossible to say why specifically the transaction was declined. However, we would recommend the sender of the payment reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.
