things don't appear to be working right now - not able to receive payments

I have sent invoice to my client via invoicing option but the client is not able to make payment and it is showing an error "things don't appear to be working right now"

Does your invoice payment URL contain paypal.com/xclick ?  That API is broken for me as well.
