the payout from pond5 website was not accepted by PayPal

Hi,,

today 15-10-2020 is the payday of my earnings from www.pond5.com
but the payout from pond5 was not accepted by PayPal,,,,can i know whats wrong ?


NB : i have already paired my PayPal account with my Payout Preference page in www.pond5.com
