stop recurring payments when checked out as guest

I'm surprised there is no answer from the Paypal help center or community about this.

If someone checks out as guest and they have purchased something that is a subscription then there is no way of cancelling it. 

I hate Skeppy, pvpland for being thieves and I have been repeatedly emailing them to stop the recurring payment, they say I have to stop with Paypal ,but then because I checked out as a guest I can not cancel it on Paypal. 

Is paypal able to stop the recurring charges if I provide with the purchase information.

Log in to your Paypal on the website and go to resolution center. There you will find help. You will be able to open the case so Paypal can help you. There is also the Recurring Payments button to delete Paypal as payment for your subscription.
