special instructions in a message to you?

Hi, I've created a couple buttons successfully.  On one of the buttons, in section 3, I've selected yes to "Can your customer add special instructions to you?"

I can't seem to make it work.  I've done several tests and there is no place for customers to add text.  Paying works fine but I need them to be able to add test... thoughts?  Thanks!

Hello PayPal.

Sellers have been asking about this issue of the Buyer being able to leave special instructions on checkout screen for a very along time now. It is obviously a much needed service for Buyers to give short instructions to the MILLIONS and MILLIONS of sellers using your system. Why Doesn't PayPal Fix This??? We just don't understand this. All other major merchant services have this feature. It doesn't make sense for PayPal not to have this Ultra Important Feature. Please, Please reactivate this feature. Thank you.
