sorry we cant complete your purchase at this time never had problems before account is verified called they said its not them but i cant buy on any site so it has to be paypal im trying to use my balance which is 400$ i dont get it

Are you paying in the correct currency that the seller accepts?

Is it USD or CAD and have you marked the correct currency as the primary currency for that transaction?

Have you got a back up funding source ie card.

Are the funds pending or cleared in your balance?
