sorry this recipient can't accept payments

I've finished my KYC, added my bank account, confirmed my bank account and added my purpose code as well. I received a mail saying 'You can now accept international payments' but whenever a customer is trying to send me money, paypal is showing 'sorry this recipient can't accept payments' this to them. I'm not able to receive any payments. Paypal customer support hasn't replied to me yet. It's been days.
