Sorry, for Egypt, you have to link a Visa card in order to receive payments. Can only buy with a MasterCard. You may get a Visa card from Egypt Post called Easy Pay Visa debit card if you don’t already have Visa card. In your country it is required for PayPal to make a monthly withdrawal to Visa card, not to MasterCard. You cannot spend the money received in the PayPal balance, it has to be withdrawn.
