someone sent me money but it was cancelled

A friend of mine was sending me some money then I got an email for it and when I went to confirm the email used on my Paypal account then got another email the transaction was cancelled then he was not able to send me the money after.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
