Please help. I sent a payment to my friend's old email that's linked to a PayPal account she can't access. How do I cancel the transaction? It already says "completed" and not "pending." Is there anything I can do?
Firstly how did you send it, did you use the send money > family /friends option or what?
Secondly does your friend still have access to their old email address, only if she has she can re-add it and the funds should come with it.....You can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 Paypal account.
