sending to friend but given funds available by specific date

option was send to a trusted friend...but says funds available on a specific date...want it to be immediate...what to do ?

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

It sounds like the payment is subject to a payment hold and this applies to all PayPal accounts.

If you add a tracking number to the transaction details, this can speed up the release of the payment.
