how i can send money to a friend ? i did look all the online videos and none of them work for me i cant even see a thing that says i can send to a friend or family ?

That option is not available in a lot of countries, if its not showing in yours then its not available to you unfortunately
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
