sending money to canada

hello am not able to send money in canada ... is there any limit or something i have to do specific. the amount is over US$5000

Are you logging into your US PayPal account from Canada to send money? Security system is likely triggered and flagged the transaction as risky.

The sending limit should be lifted typically if your account is verified and the limit is 10k per transaction but since it is not a small amount and you're logging in from Canada(?), the internal security system is blocking it.

I would not try to continuously repeat failed actions if you did that, as it will take longer for the security system to cool down/reset so leave account alone for a couple days and carefully try again.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
