sending money - PROBLEM

Hi guys,

first of all sorry for my english im not an english speaker. 

I have a problem with sending money to my friend, I sent money one week ago, I recieved a mail where they were telling me that I payed. But my friend still has not recieved money.

What should I do with it? Money are not on my bank account and on my friend account neither.

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.
