sending a payment to someone.

Hi everyone just a quick question does any one know what I need to do to set up a payment to someone . Where it will come out of Paypal to someone each month. I know how to send one time payments. But I would like to send a Payment that would come out each month?

That is not possible. You will have to remind yourself to send payment to the recipient each month.
