seller cannot accept payment

Hello,

Buyer sent me a response - I'm trying to check out on his purchase but he got a message saying the seller (me) cannot accept payment.   I think Paypal is not accepting because my e-mail address here is different than on EBay account.   How do I resolve?   Do I need to call them.

Thank you for the post. I'm sorry to hear that you as a seller can't accept payments and would like to resolve it. There could be various reasons. I would suggest you to first make sure the email address on PayPal account and eBay account are same. Then please give us a call by finding the number in the "Help & Contact" section to speak to our phone support team because your issue will be best resolved by directly speaking with our support team over the phone.
