reversal of a refund

Hi everyone,

I have a issue here. I refunded a customer back the whole amount of a refund instead of a partial payment. I could not do a reversal of payment.

How do I get it back to issue the correct amount?

Sorry, once a refund is issued, it cannot be reversed/canceled. You'll have to contact the buyer and appeal to their better nature for them to send you half of it back.

PayPal lets you enter a full or partial amount of refund and gives you a chance to review the refund before sending. Once sent, can't take it back. Focus on your next sale. Make more successful transactions than you refund.
