I sold an item to a buyer in the USA but the item was lost so I tried to refund the buyer. Due to problems with my laptop I couldnt find the item on my Ebay account so I went into my Paypal account and refunded from there. My buyer said she hasnt had the full refund but I have refunded the amount I was paid. Because she was paying for GSP to USA I am guessing she did actually pay more than I received due to the shipping costs that I do not see or receive.
How do I resolve this

The buyer has to call eBay and tell them that Global Shipping Program lost the item and see if she can get the refund for shipping from them or from GSP.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
