yesterday I sent money to a family member with my card but they refunded it back to me for personal reasons, paypal says that the refunds status is refunded, but if so why is the money i’ve sent that was supposedly refunded still a pending transaction? will it cancel? how long does it take? will i receive a refund on my PayPal balance or will the money be transferred back into my bank?
