Hi everyone, please could you help. i sent a parcel and it has not got to the buyer, i had my neighbour post it and they didnt send it recorded (yes i know it needs to be sent recorded) well the buyer wants a refund however my account says minus at the minute, i added the money to my account and it will be cleaared by the 6th Nov, will i need to wait till this has cleared so then i can pay it back to the buyer? thanks
