refund

I sent a payment in a personal account but i send it by seller. How to refund this? Because the receiver dont receive due to she is not a seller

If you are buying something from them then they are a seller regardless of what account type they have.

If you send it using the friends / family option then you and the seller are breaking paypal rules and negating your buyer protection.
