How can I cancel a payment made to family and friends without the option

You can't cancel completed payments. If its saying SENT or PAYMENT then its completed.

If its pending and does NOT have a cancel option then its either an echeque and the seller can refund it back to you when it clears OR its showing as unclaimed and if not claimed will time out 30 days post payment.
