hi guys

why I can't refund someone from my acc, it's saying that I need to put money in my acc, buy my balance in more than enough, the refund in is sterling, but I have euros in my account, it this issue?

Yes that would be the problem.

If you fund a refund from a bank account then paypal will convert the funds for you.

But if you are using funds in your paypal balance then it has to be in the correct currency.

Hi Thanks for your help, but i can’t find an option to exchange the money back to sterling, can you advise please?

That would depend on what country you are in and what type of paypal account you have, neither of that info is on your community profile.
