i purchased a gig on fiveer.com total sum of 105 dollar but that didn't go well so we canceled my  order  and then i got refunded and its in my paypal account i got confirmation massage but it does not deposited to my card/account i didn't got any massage even after 10 to 15 days then i checked my account details and its still not refunded ,so what is the reason behind it and how can i get my money back to my card/account.

My bank except only swift payment

Refunds to cards can take up to 30 days.
