Hi! I've just received a refund from seller but they went to the card I've paid with which is now blocked due to open fraud case. I can see the seller sent me money here on paypal but they are not on my account. Do you know what to do? Thank you!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
