refund to sbi mastercard debit card

hi friends i am wondering how much days it takes to receive refund money to indian mastercard debit card? and i have another que that the purchase i made was from my friend's debit card so refund is being made to friend's debit card i dont have any problem with that but my name and his names are different so what will happen? will payment go through? i need this refund as soon as possible. thank
