i have recently had a seller send me a refund but it went to an expired debit card that i had paid with 2 mnths prior.
i got an email saying the refund was completed about 6 days ago it said it was going to my paypal balance but still nothing has shown up . i cant get through to PayPal by phone. just wondering if i should wait longer or call up my bank ??
