I bought a package on E-bay and fully paid it using my bank credit card, for some reason the package didn't arrive so I contacted the seller who decided to refund me fully through PayPal and he shared a transaction code that I should use to receive the money.
I created a PayPal account using my personal email however I don't know how use the transaction code from the seller.
