refund the amount

Sir,

I made a transaction of 15 bd  through pal on date 6 may 2021, 11.10 pm as per Bahrain timings. Unfortunatel, the transaction couldn't be succeeded and the amount was deducted from the bank account instantly. It brought me to  repeat my transaction again and was successfull.

Therefore, I request you to please refund the amount for which the transaction was unsuccessfull.

Do you require any confirmation/  verifications for the same, please feel free to contact at the given numbers below.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

In general, if you've sent the payment and this is showing on your PayPal account as Completed, the transaction is successful. In that case, please contact the receiver to receive a refund. If the transaction is showing as 'Pending', the amount may not be charged until the merchant processes the payment. If this doesn't occur, the amount should be returned to you after 30 days.
