how do i get a core charge refund that has been sent to paypal sent from paypal back to the original prepaid visa card i used to pay the core charge with and the card is linked to the paypal acount already
The issued refund will go back to Visa card, allow a week, up to 30 days for the card to post refund. Keep your eye on the card account for the refund. See if your card account lets you sign up for email alerts on refunds.
