refund payment to card that i dont have anymore

my refund was issued to a card that i dont have anymore. original payment was made february 2018 and refund was made in november 2018.

Normally it would bounce back to your paypal balance so check it wasn't used to part fund a purchase around that time.

If not contact customer services for a trace.

Seller and I are both in UK. Can't get hold on anyone at PayPal. Do you know any other way to contact than chat?
